8. Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your finished product, please return it to the address below using the original packaging within 14 days of receipt with an explanation of the problem and a contact email address. Once the product is back in our posession a full refund will be given. The shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility. If you have any concerns please email enquiries@fotobook.co.uk.

If the order is damaged in transit, or defective in some way, please return it to the address below within 14 days and a replacement product will be sent out to you. The return postage cost will be refunded from the amount that you paid.

If we have sent you a product in error, again, please return it to the address below within 14 days, and send us an email to enquiries@fotobook.co.uk stating your name, address and order number, and we will endeavour to send you the correct product. The return postage cost will be refunded from the amount that you paid.

9. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours after payment has been made to us. If you would like to cancel an order please email us at enquiries@fotobook.co.uk stating your name, address and order number.

11. Competition Entries to fotobook.co.uk
Where you are invited to submit any competition entry to fotobook.co.uk.co.uk you agree, by submitting your competition entry, to grant fotobook.co.uk a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your competition entry worldwide and/or to incorporate your competition entry in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your competition entry. If you do not want to grant fotobook.co.uk the rights set out above, please do not submit your competition entry to fotobook.co.uk.

By submitting your competition entry to fotobook.co.uk, you:
- warrant that your competition entry;
- is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to fotobook.co.uk for all the purposes specified above;
- is not defamatory; and
- does not infringe any law; and
- indemnify fotobook.co.uk against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by fotobook.co.uk as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
- waive any moral rights in your competition entry for the purposes of its submission to and publication on fotobook.co.uk and the purposes specified above.

1. Acceptance of orders.
All orders are accepted according to these terms and conditions. By using the Fotobook software you accept these terms and conditions. After processing the order, the uploaded file is kept on the Fotobook print server for a period of four weeks. This is done so we can check the file for any quality related issues. You will also be able to place additional orders of the publication without having to upload it again.

2. Copyright
You are responsable for the content of the publications. Fotobook does not accept any liability for the copyright of the photos used in the publications. The copyright of the content rests with you. For possible consequences of unlawful use of protected data only you are fully responsible. Furthermore you will be subject to the legal provisions of the relevant country.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of a court in the United Kingdom.

3. Use of the Software
The Fotobook Software may only be used to compose a Photo Book or one of the other offered products and to place an order. You are not allowed to decompile the software, undertake, cause, permit or authorise the modification, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or hacking of the Software.

4. Liability
Fotobook can in no way be held responsible for damage or loss of the uploaded files. Fotobook states that the quality of the prints in the ordered publications can in no way be better than may be expected on the basis of what is shown on the computer screen. The liability of Fotobook remains limited to clearly identifiable production mistakes. 

5. Billing and delivery enquiries

6. Delivery time
All orders are produced within ten working days after the payment/order has been received. Delays in the delivery time can under no circumstances be used for annulation of the order or reimbursement.

7. Guarantee
Complaints regarding our services or the quality of the products need to be made within seven days after you have received the product. Complaints will be handled by Fotobook within ten working days.
