If you're having problems uploading your project to us in the normal way, we have a solution ideally suited to you, saving time and possible disappointment.

MailBigFile Details
Please fill in our required order form with your details and order requirements, then click on submit.
Go to our MailBigFile page by choosing option 1 'Click to Upload', and browse for the appropriate project file. Enter your email address and a short message if you wish, then click send file.
Your Fotobook Projects folder is by default in c:\Windows\Program Files\Fotobook Editor. Within this folder should be a list of .dtp files (your projects).
FREEPOST Details
Please fill in our required order form with your details and order requirements, then click on submit.
Then, post your CD or DVD to the following address with a note of your name, address and email address:

If you have already designed your project please move to Step 3.
If not, the first thing you need to do is download the Fotobook Editor from our downloads page.
The next step is to design your project using the Fotobook Editor. You can download our User Guide to help you with various areas of the editor, or just email us if you have any queries.
Once you have a completed project the next step is to send it to us. If you have any problems using the Fotobook Editor to upload then we have 2 alternatives for you. These are listed below.
The first option is to use our MailBigFile service which also involves uploading your project file to us. Details are on the left of this page. If you have a slow internet connection or are behind a strong firewall then move to Step 5.
If you're still having problems then you can burn your project to CD or DVD and post it to our FREEPOST address on the left of this page. Remember to include any non system fonts that you may have used.
